1. What Verity™ Is

Verity™ is not:• A dating app• A law enforcement agency• A legal service• A background check provider• A guarantee of behavior, compatibility, honesty, or personal safety
Verity™ is intended to provide additional trust and safety infrastructure to support informed personal decision-making.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Verity™ and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information and to maintain truthful account details.

3. Identity Verification
Certain features of Verity™ may require identity verification.
By using these services, you authorize Verity™ and its trusted service providers to process information necessary to confirm identity.
Identity verification does not guarantee honesty, future conduct, compatibility, or safety.

4. User Responsibilities

Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interactions both online and offline.

5. User Submissions & ReportsUsers are solely responsible for information they submit through Verity™.
Verity™ reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, reject, limit, or restrict submissions at its sole discretion.Structured submissions, ratings, or reports reflect user-submitted experiences and do not constitute verified factual findings, legal determinations, or statements of objective truth.
Verity™ may remove content that violates platform standards, applicable law, or internal moderation guidelines.

6. No Guarantee of SafetyWhile Verity™ is designed to support safer decision-making, we do not guarantee personal safety, conduct, outcomes, compatibility, or behavior of any individual.
Users remain responsible for exercising judgment, caution, and appropriate personal safety measures in all interactions.

7. PrivacyYour use of Verity™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.
We are committed to privacy-conscious design and do not sell personal information to advertisers.8. Suspension & TerminationVerity™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, harmful behavior, fraud, or other conduct we determine may compromise platform safety or integrity.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Verity Safe Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, personal, emotional, financial, or special damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the platform.Verity™ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
